Definition of Lobular carcinoma of the breast, infiltratingLobular carcinoma of the breast, infiltrating: The second most common invasive breast cancer. Infiltrating lobular carcinoma starts in the lobules, the glands that secrete milk, and then infiltrates surrounding tissue.
